This appears to be an issue of a disc-based entertainment magazine-equivalent. For younger readers, this was a short-lived media format which was almost immediately rendered obsolete by the internet. It includes content related to movies and music that were popular at the time, a single playable PC demo (for a Jack Nicklaus golf game), and text reviews in Microsoft Word format. One of the (extremely superficial) reviews is of Soul Reaver. It does not provide any substantial information about the deleted or existing content of the game.

This is the first (only?) issue of a VHS video magazine-equivalent called Fuse. For younger readers, this was another short-lived format from before the internet achieved mass popularity. It attempted to provide all of the superficiality of television-based product reviews, but infused with mail-based monthly media's tendency to be out of date by the time it actually arrived. This particular example includes a short video preview of Soul Reaver. The footage is clearly from an early build of the game, but does not include any deleted material.
