Codes (Playstation 2 Cheat Device)

Most of the publicly-released cheat device codes for Defiance duplicate effects from The Debug Menu (since they were made by reading the assembly instructions from the menu and triggering the same result). This article only includes codes which provide additional functionality not available from the Debug Menu or the standard button cheat codes built into the game.

The Infinite TK and Moon Jump codes were created by CMX (of the CMGSCCC) for the Codebreaker 2 cheat device, and ported to the other devices by Ben Lincoln. The CMGSCCC page for Defiance includes many others, including one that will allow you to modify the contents of Kain and Raziel's inventories. The Codebreaker 2 format makes it easier to enter that type of code, whereas with an Action Replay type device you would have to mess about with encryption. If one can figure out how to use kpdavatar's code converter, they are clever enough to modify the Codebreaker 2 codes to work on another cheat device. For this reason, the inventory codes are not duplicated here.

GigaSlave's site has some additional cheat device codes for Defiance.

As with any cheat device codes, please be aware that using these can result in problems with gameplay. Do not save your game unless you're willing to accept the potential consequence of having to start over from the beginning.
