Most of Blood Omen's main cast went through at least one revision of their names:

Bridenal Moebius

According to the bonus material in Defiance, Vorador was at one time temporarily renamed to Infernum. Kain is also believed to have had a different name in the original script, but I only have a copy of the non-player character dialogue which doesn't list him.

The game itself was originally titled The Pillars of Nosgoth. A small part of this legacy remains in the name of its data file: pill.big.
