Deleted Blood Fountains

Several Blood Fountains were removed from Blood Omen. One of them would have given Kain permanent protection from the swamp around Vorador's mansion. The other would have enhanced his "vampiric abilities", although the specifics of that enhancement are unknown. Dialogue related to these fountains is present in the game's data files, but unused.

There are some additional voice clips which seem to describe Blood Fountains which simply refilled Kain's blood and/or magic meters. Perhaps an earlier version of the game included Fountains which could be fed from more than once, with feedings after the first replenishing Kain instead of giving him additional powers.
