I'm not sure if this was a pack-in with PS2s or some other kind of product. It didn't originally ship in a DVD case, but the previous owner seems to have cut away most of the cardboard cover which makes it useless for holding the disc. It has a preview video of SR2 I haven't seen anywhere else - it's a non-playable video version of The Air Forge Demo, and is much longer than any other I know of.

The content of this disc is identical to the Demo Disc 2.2, above. The difference in name suggests that this version was produced for use in Playstation 2 in-store display units.
