The game does NOT exist, the Legacy of Kain franchise has not (at least not at the time of writing) been renamed as the ‘Legacy of Turelzevir’ franchise. This website, in the spirit of such comedy sites as bbspot and theonion, is advertising a story that doesn’t really exist, for the sick twisted purposes of its originator.
This site is the production of His Divine Shadow, a big, big fan of the Legacy of Kain series of games. All restraining orders, court orders, criminal charges and declarations of war should be aimed at him.
